Betway SA20 and rain have renewed their successful partnership with the announcement of South Africa’s leading 4G and 5G network operator as an ‘Official Partner’ ahead of Season 4.
rain has been part of the Betway SA20 family since Season 1 and has become an integral part of the stadium experience by connecting fans through innovation and entertainment.
Graeme Smith, Betway SA20 League Commissioner, expressed his delight at extending the partnership with rain for Season 4: “We're pleased to continue our partnership with rain and to have them on board as an ‘Official Partner’ of the League ahead of Season 4. rain partnered with us when the dream was only a vision, and to stand here today, three years down the line with a successful partnership based on passion and innovation, is a proud moment. rain has always implemented a fan-first strategy since partnering with the League, which included providing connectivity for the fans at stadiums and a premium experience with the popular rainGo Getters activation.
The partnership renewal will see an enhanced experience for fans through innovative activations, competitions and rewards when the first ball of Season 4 is bowled on 26 December 2025.

Season 4 of Betway SA20 will get underway on 26 December with defending Champions MI Cape Town taking on Durban’s Super Giants at Newlands. It kicks off a bumper festive season edition of the League which culminates with the Final on 25 January.
